Once your order has been processed, you will receive a couple different emails:

  1. A confirmation that your order was received
  2. Order tracking information

That second email will allow you to see where your product is and know when it has arrived. If you did not receive that email, it likely means your order is still being processed.

If you have any concerns, send an email to [email protected] with:

  1. Your name
  2. What you ordered
  3. What organization you donated to
  4. When you made the order
