Setting up a Stripe Account

Revv uses Stripe to securely process payments. You will need a Stripe account to use Revv. You can create a Stripe account here.

Once you've registered for an account, Stripe needs to activate it by authenticating that it's really you. Before activating your account, you can only interact with Stripe in test mode. All of Stripe's features are available in test mode, though no live charges using the card networks can be created.

You can't connect your Stripe account to Revv until you fully activate your Stripe account.

You can activate your account by clicking on the Activate Your Account button on the left side of your Stripe dashboard. Fill out the information in the form and submit it.

Activating your account is a simple process. Fill out a form requesting some basic information about your organization and yourself. Once you've activated your account, you can immediately start using Stripe to make live payments.

Your account details are reviewed internally by Stripe to ensure they comply with Stripe's terms of service. If they see a problem, they'll get in touch to resolve it as quickly as possible.
