We will provide you with a list of information that we'll need to set up your account, but generally it's just the following:
- Organization name: The public-facing official name of your organization (this will show up in communications with donors).
- Admin email address: The username you would like to create your account under. You can always add more later.
- Custom Subdomain: The subdomain on your domain that the landing pages will live on (something like donate.yourcause.com). Revv handles all SSL certificates on our end. Using a custom subdomain will require us working with your webmaster to make some DNS changes. If you'd prefer to go a simpler route, we can set you up with a subdomain on Revv.
- Stripe account: Revv is built on top of the Stripe payment processing platform. In order to use Revv, you will need to create a Stripe account. You will also need to activate your Stripe account once you are directed to your dashboard. We don't need access to this account. Once you have your Stripe account set up, you will need to connect it to Revv.
